Football Registration Fees:

7U Unlimited:

$150 - Early Bird Pricing through March 15, 2023

$200 - Late Registration June 16 - August 1, 2023


8U Unlimited / 9U Unlimited / 10U Unlimited / 11U Unlimited / 12U Unlimited / 13U Unlimited:

$350- Early Bird Pricing through March 15, 2023

$400 - Pricing March 16 - June 15, 2023

$500 - Late Registration June 16 - August 1, 2023

Cheer Registration Fees:

Ages 5 and up (through 8th Grade):

Additional Fees

 Volunteer Fee 

 For the 2023 season we are revising the volunteer program.  Families will pay the volunteer fee upfront and can earn back the fee by volunteering.  Families with can earn back the fee during the season via various volunteer opportunities. Details on how to earn back the fee will be announced closer to the start of the season.

  • $125 per family


Night Out Cash Bash Fundraiser for the Jr Porters

  • Each family will required to purchase 2 tickets to the fundraiser.  The per tickets cost is $40.


Concessions Donation:

  • We will be requiring families to donate Gatorade and Water to the program in lieu of the $50 fundraising fee we have charged in the past. Each family will be asked to donate either 24 count (20oz bottles) case of Gatorade or a 24 count (16.9 oz) case of water.  We will designate each team a water or Gatorade donation assignment and drop off days will be announced as we get closer to the season.

Equipment

Registrations include the following:

Football - Jersey (Home and Away), 1 Pant, Helmet, and Shoulder Pads

  • Players will get to keep the Jersey and Pants
  • Helmet and Shoulder Pad must be returned at season end (a $600 deposit check will need to be provided at the beginning of the season. The check will be returned when the equipment is returned.  If equipment is not returned within 2 weeks of season end, the deposit check will be cashed)


Cheer - Uniform Rental , Warm-Up Jacket, Season Bows,  and Competition Bows.

  • Cheerleaders get to keep the Warm-Up Jacket and all Bows.
  • Cheer Uniforms must be returned at season end (a $200 deposit check will need to be provided at the beginning of the season. The check will be returned when the equipment is returned.  If equipment is not returned within 2 weeks of season end, the deposit check will be cashed)

Multi-Child Discounts

 We offer discounts for families registering 3 or more children. 

Forms

Pop Warner does require certain documents to participate.  They are as follows:

  • Pop Warner Player Contract
  • Pop Warner Medical History (completed by parent or guardian)
  • Pop Warner Physical (completed by a medical professional)
  • Birth Certificate
  • 2022-2023 School Year Final Report Card
  • LJP Family/Player Contract


Note - Forms will be loaded to the website once Pop Warner provides the new season forms. The forms will also be available at equipment handouts and camps.
